Dispatch times
- Order before 10am (AEST/AEDT) — your order is dispatched the same day from our Brisbane warehouse.
- Order after 10am — your order is guaranteed to dispatch the next business day.
Dispatch happens on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow it the rest of the way.
Delivery timeframes
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. If you're in a regional or remote area, please allow an extra 3–5 days on top of the standard delivery estimate. Delays with the courier network (public holidays, peak periods) are outside our control, but reach out to us any time and we'll help track it down.
